Operators can remotely control the scanning route and operational strategy via a touchscreen interface. The robot operates during closed hours (e.g., overnight), automatically navigating aisles, scanning RFID‑tagged items on shelves up to 2.4 meters high, and uploading data to the cloud via 4G or Wi‑Fi. The platform then generates comprehensive reports including on‑shelf items, missing items, and exception alerts.
